What are some things you do to help alleviate moderate migraines? Excederin usually works for me but it makes me nauseous and just is not fun to take if I can help it.

Mine are daily, wakes me up around 3-4am. I can take a Fioricet and go back to bed for a while. That helps. I am retired so I can do that. Drug companies are an issue, don’t put that drug on their formulary for older folks. I had my first at age 13, I am 75. Big family history
I do the same thing!
