Migraine pain before period
I think I get my worst migraines right before my period is due. then it vanishes with onset. anyone can help?

Well migraine subsided overall but its almost 2pm and I just woke lol.
Kinda funny my worst migraines are right before my 'girlfriend' coming, my period. And it took me 35 years to figure out. But so far nothing helps.
I took one pain med despite not being allowed from stomach issues but the sodium naproxen works the best.
Tylenol I have withdrawal headaches. The doctors can't give me a reason why.
