Looking for advice on migraine medication

I've had undiagnosed migraines for years, just got prescribed daily topiramate and PRN butalbital-acetaminophen-caffeine-codeine to try out. Just wondering what others have experienced, what I should be looking out for, what sort of affect it had re: other diagnoses/meds if you share any

I take daily Topiramate, and when I have severe migraine I take Sumatriptan I can take up to 2 tablets in a 24hr period but they knock me out.

Rx meds didn't really help my migraines. I was having them almost every day, then on meds it decreased to maybe a couple days less . But still a lot. Ibuprofen worked better than Rx. I did some research and discovered that most migraine sufferers are missing an enzyme. I looked into supplements. I've been taking Migrelief for years and I may get 1 migraine a year now. Unless I'm under overwhelming stress, then I may have a few more in the year than normal. But not nearly as bad as I would have, I believe.
