What are your tips with coping with or preventing a migraine? I get over 15 days of a migraine a month with severe pain, being sick, fatigue and sensitivity to light and movement. Tried lots of medications, seeing a neurologist but it’s hard to find what works for me with other conditions/medication. Any advice would be so helpful.

Some tips for coping with migraines include using over-the-counter painkillers and caffeine, staying in a dark environment, wearing tinted glasses or sunglasses if experiencing photosensitivity, and using gel ice pack "migraine caps" for relief. Additionally, having Ensure or other nutrition drinks available, or even just an electrolyte mix, can help with nausea. It's important to continue working with your neurologist to find the best treatment plan for your specific situation.
