Midterm Week and Sleep Deprivation Struggles

I haven’t been able to sleep, it’s 4am and I need to get up in 2 hours for school. I’m so exhausted, my skin is all itchy, my eyes are irritated, my joints hurt. I’m exhausted yet the day hasn’t started yet and its midterm week, I can’t afford to miss a day of class but my body is screaming for rest. I’m so tired

Sometimes during a really bad fatigue day I try to squeeze in time for a 15 minute Power Nap. If you have 30 minute lunch breaks at school they’re perfect for that

Have you talked to your doctor about maybe a light muscle relaxer before bed. It has helped me a lot.
