I have but I also take flutocortizone with it. There has been small improvements with my Orthostatic hypotension, but ANS was brought into the picture which explains why the midrodrine and flutocortizone didn't do much for me 😅

I would also look into compression stockings or socks. Ask your doctor what grade you need and if you have insurance they can write a prescription for it. If not Amazon sells packs of 8 on there. This has helped a little especially with blood flow

I did but it did not help me. Salt helped a lot, strengthening my leg muscles, compression stockings and biofeedback

It actually made my blood pressure even lower which was odd. I take Mestonin and it's been the only one to not lower my BP while helping stabilize my HR.
