Anyone with POTS have experience with Midodrine. I just got prescribed for my low blood pressure but am a bit concerned to start taking it and am wondering how it has helped others and if they recommend it.

I take it! Honestly my blood pressure is pretty inconsistent so it’s hard to tell if it’s helping it or not. We are still trying to figure out the right dose so it could help eventually. I’ve had minimal side effects as well.

I take it. It definitely helps but it causes some weird feelings. Like all my hair stands on end. Every. Strand. And I get ridiculously cold until it wears off. And sometimes the places where I have nerve damage from surgeries are super sensitive. All of these last 2-4 hours and then I feel fine. If you need it I would definitely give it a good try just be aware you might feel weird. I got freaked out the first time because I didn't expect it.
