Microdosing Shrooms for Depression and Anxiety

Has anyone tried microdosing shrooms for their ailments? Preferably for depression and anxiety. I know the bigger doses effect my IBS but maybe a small dose wouldn't.... 🤷‍♀️ idk. I hate taking meds so just spit balling here.

I just did my first dose Monday and it made me pretty care free for a good couple hours. A lot of the weight was lifted off my shoulders. Hoping regular dosing will help me long term, sorry I can’t give more insight at this time.

My sister micro doses about every 6 months, she’s seen any improvement but so be careful. Take in account any diagnosis you struggle with and research how people have been affected by using. Trust yourself if it’s something you can handle, and get them from someone trustworthy

Psilocybin has promising potential to treat mental health but proceed with care. Additionally iirc it's actually 1-2 moderate to almost large doses that help the brain rewire itself.

I have done it a couple times. I honestly felt more calm and less sad afterwards for sure

I enjoy doing it but even a 2-3g trip will flare up my ibs for the next few days or more. But during, most of my experiences have been pleasant.

I take THC as well but I don't or can't always be high. I'm not really a functional pothead. Lol I have only looked into a little bit but a friend suggested it and thought I'd ask here first.
