Anyone on Metoprolol experiencing extreme fatigue? I've always had a little bit of fatigue but this is almost unbearable. All I ever want to do is lay around or sleep. I'm on the lowest dose you can get so it can't be too much. I cant have caffeine because it raises my heart rate even more. how do you deal with this?
