So I took 2 doses of methotrexate and my teeth started breaking and falling out. Right after my second dose. It has made my psoriasis worse than before on my toes. I’m always in pain somewhere. It’s manageable sometimes. Other times it’s a 9/10 and my hubby has to help with getting dressed. Walking. Using the bathroom. I feel so defeated. I already have depression but this is making it really difficult. I’m trying to focus on my family and cats. But I guess just need to know I’m not alone with weird or awful side effects.

I just started taking that for mine. I've been on it now three weeks.

My doctor told me to stop taking it immediately. I see her in a couple weeks again after labs

I had to be on Metho for 6 months even though it was garbage and the side effects made me basically bed bound for like the whole time. I'm on Humira now which is way better, but the insurance wouldn't cover it until I was proven that Metho wouldn't work for 6 straight months, and without insurance is like $10k per month. It was torture, and I'm so sorry you're going through this 😥is there any way you can switch to something else?
