It's hard and it's work!! What I learned it's not so much about calories at first...you just got to start eating. I went to 85 lbs and spent 2 yrs working on this. No meals...started with snacks till I could do 1 meal a day...then just kept adding more over time. Found calories weren't so much the issue as just putting food inside was. Worked myself up to 107 lbs. We got this!š„°
