You can look into Doctor on Demand. It’s an app that Dr. Phil and his son created and it has regular doctors and psychiatric services

Have you looked at BetterHelp? I haven't used it but I've heard it's a good resource for affordable therapy, and you don't have to go anywhere, you can even text your therapist

Therapy is definitely a good idea! Why can you not get a therapist? Is it insurance or that you can’t find one?
