Struggling with Mental Illness and Isolation

I'm new to all this. Im really anxious about putting myself out there like this, but maybe it'll help. I have bipolar type 1, borderline personality disorder, and GAD. I have no friends and virtually no life. I feel like I've lost myself

I feel that I might have been where you are right now. I just want to say hi and if you'd like to talk, I'm happy to chat. I've got BP1, PTSD, and a few other things going on. If you need an ear, a brain to pick or a shoulder to lean on, let me know.😁

There are 2.3 MILLION people in the US that are diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder. Who knows how many people are living undiagnosed. YOU ARE NOT ALONE! Please find a good psychiatrist. You can have a life

I had a psychiatrist but I felt like my sessions were just me venting and never really discussing my problems

I'm right there with you with one exception, I've realized I was never lost. I know it's lonely, but you're never REALLY alone. If you ever need to talk, I'm here! I've been through a lot and learned a lot. The most important thing I learned, talking to someone can make all the difference!
