therapy has been helping me because then I'm able to have someone trustworthy to talk to and who won't judge me

Knowing that even with my mental illnesses, I’ve made it further than some people who don’t have them. And knowing that I can still go higher, that my illnesses won’t stop me from going beyond the sky. The sky isn’t the limit, don’t make it yours.

Anything that grounds me. I feel myself getting whisked away into my thoughts constantly. I like using worry stones/palm stones, focused breathing, mindfulness. I would also not be where I am today without my family.

Also, letting yourself feel things and not shaming yourself for your thoughts and feelings. Feelings are not bad, it's just what you do with them that's the important part.

Good/supportive people, warm weather, dogs, music, etc. It has all been about pushing through to learn the tools to help myself best deal with the illnesses and know that even though I struggle with the things I do, that it doesn't make me a "bad" person. Sure it can be frustrating when it feels like others have it "easier", but that tends to be subjective and everyone has their things. It's all about sticking together and finding the people who understand you, so we can all get through this together. It is also helped me to push through, by learning how to love myself and embrace who I am/what makes me, me. Being able to live with myself helps put me in a better position to support myself with what I'm going through and also better be able to receive love and support from others.
