It's really hard to get solid help for those things I have two chronic illnesses and have been waiting for disability approval for over a year with two denials. If you've a case manager connect with them they should be able to help you file.

I'm in a similar boat as you, lol of course the app is all about that. It's a very slow process of accepting that you probably can't work. Every day I have to remind myself of why I believe I'm not fit to work and I have to love myself so hard. DBT helped with the mental stuff A LOT. If you choose to do DBT, remember that you can pick and choose what lessons to take away. You can just say fuck it to some of them! You're in control. Another thing that might help is following a disability advocate and/or looking up a local disability center. Following an advocate can help your mental, and the center may actually offer services to help you get on disability. If you eventually feel comfortable with the thought of a job, the disability center probably offers services to help you find a job tailored to your needs.
