Is it wrong to want to go back to a mental hospital?

So I've been to a mental hospital once somewhat voluntarily when I had a very bad breakdown due to stress and untreated depression, but I've noticed that although I think I'm doing well I sometimes want to go back to the hospital. I'm not sure if it's because it felt like a safe place to me or what, but I just sometimes want to go back to just reset and get away from things. Is that wrong, and what should I do about these thoughts?

Maybe you can do some type of outpatient where you go every so often. Thats great it worked well for you! Maybe it was a good escape place for you.

No. Glad someone out there actually got positive results from the hospital. I believe you can voluntarily admit yourself there if needed. 🤗
