Dealing with Mental Health Issues Without Therapy

I struggle a lot with many episodes of depression, anxiety, bipolar, self doubt and hatred, but I really don't like the idea of therapy because of how scarred I've been in the past with therapy. I was wondering if anyone had advice on how to handle these without therapy.

I used to be anti therapy... because I thought they are were all crap. It took me a while but the therapist I'm with I have been with for 4 years now and I have her cell number to message her when I need. It takes a while but it is so worth it when you find the right therapist. It helps me stay focused on what I need to do and heal. I hope your able to find someone you connect with ♡
