      Hi, I think the best treatment is combined drug, psychological and social treatment. The medications I take in combination with regular conversations with my psychologist and in addition concern for my social situation and getting the rights I deserve is what led to my best coping with the situation. Of course, my family and friends also have a very big part in the fact that I manage to deal with everything so well.

      My therapist told me a grounding method for anxiety attacks (if that applies), ive tried it on myself but it never helped, but I asked my friend to do it to me and it did calm me down and ground me. Basically just alternating stimulus to the left and right of your body. Tapping opposing sides at different times (arms, legs, hands, whatever you are comfortable with) helps ground your mind when distracted with physical reality and distraction
