It can be hard to stay positive about your treatment, especially if the process is long and you don't have any visible signs of progress. I like to set myself some checkpoints, just between me and my health with things I can do or things that I want to do when I'm better. It's important not to rush healing and not to get disappointed in yourself. Healing isn't linear and there is no right way to do it
