Hello this is my first time in here and I just wanted to be able to talk to people about how to go about my treatment as of now I see a therapist once a week and a psychiatrist once a month

TBH I was never *officially* diagnosed with OCD but my neurologist likes to say I have it. I also see a therapist once a week.
