I'm an over-sharer, so I'm not entirely sure of the correct response to that question. It may be annoying, but can you direct the question towards anything specific?

okay to clarify I can and will ask more direct questions in a second but first.....holy crap I'm not the only one! I'm a very transparent and open book kind of individual and while no one has said specifically that I overshare I've never really seen it as something to address. I do try to watch for triggering subjects around specific people but at the same time if someone asks me I try to be as honest as possible. But focusing back on subject I guess a good starting question would be "when did you finally realize you wanted to make a change in some form or another and was there a big moment that lead up to it?"
