Looking for Support on My Mental Health Journey

hello! I’m new to this community but i would really love to meet people on a similar journey, i feel like i’m surrounded by people who have always been on the “right track”, even though i know i’m doing my best it’s hard to believe that when i’ve felt like the outcast of my friend group. i’m just now unpacking my cptsd, my anxiety helped me get to college but left me with burn out and depression so i would love to meet similar souls!!!

I've been taking a break from college too! Burnout, anxiety, depression, and adhd are constant obstacles in my schooling history, so I totally get you!

Hi, I've felt similar. It's taken until my 3rd year of college to find people who don't make me feel like I'm nothing. Since my senior year of high-school I've been feeling worthless and behind. I'm starting to realize that we're all on different paths. And just because I use to be in the fast lane doesn't mean I always have to be. I can slow down and enjoy the scenery. I'd let your friends know how your feeling. People tend to be understanding and will do more to make you feel like you belong. Because you do <3

Welcome! 🤗💕 I'm currently on leave from college because my burn out turned into acute anxiety disorder, which turned into depression, so I feel like I can relate!
