hello, I'm Tabitha, I've been having a hard time with learning to love myself and been having some mental issues, not sure what yet but it's affecting my marriage and affecting my health overall. I have severe anxiety and separation issues and being left alone leaves me thinking bad thoughts. I just need someone who is there for me no matter what when no one else can be.

      @Tabby257 Also leaning into the things you love, things that bring you joy, things that make you laugh, things that you feel are unique and special. They are beautiful about you, the fact you love those things or feel joy from them. I know loving yourself can be hard but reminding yourself that you are good, constantly, every day, especially if you have a moment of doubt about yourself, reminding yourself that you are good and it’s okay, then that can slowly over time help you see yourself as truly good. Because you are truly good. (At least, in my experience, it changed how I felt and viewed myself 1-2 years ago.)

          @Tabby257 I hope you can find one ❤️ and one that takes your insurance if that’s helpful for you. I have experienced anxiety + separate anxiety too. For me, when I feel like I can’t fully depend on someone else to be there or reassure me, I’ve leaned into my faith and that has helped me find company in my suffering. Therapist can help with talking, finding deeper emotional issues that I didn’t realize, and helping me with what to do about them. But faith is a friend and lifeline I have when there are hard moments and I don’t know what to do and I just need to lean into trust and let go of whatever control I’m trying to have in my life.
