Yeah. Its hard to talk about the dark shit. Especially when sunshiney people CAN'T understand. Like they try, but they literally can't. I know I constantly feel like a downer when I'm not even lamenting/bitching about things, hell, I'm just wanting to talk about the events of my day and it NOT get me down. On my end at least its been one life altering trauma after another. No one seems to get it. Reach out if ya ever need to. I'm happy to listen, I know what its like to not feel heard.
