I had my first therapy session since I moved to this area. It had been about 3 months since I saw my last therapist. My mental health has nose dived further than it has ever been. Yesterday and today I’ve had 4 mental breakdowns. It doesn’t help that my PCP has switched me cold turkey to 3 different antidepressant and one for anxiety. I just feel so lost like I don’t belong anywhere 😭😭😭 I do know that when I was going to therapy before it really helped
