Managing Mental Health in College: Tips and Tricks

I’m the same way. I’m currently in college and I feel really depressed an alone as well. I know for me I deal with mine by just trying to keep myself distracted or have my headphones blaring. Just know you’re not alone

Are there any clubs/activities you’re interested in? Maybe that would give you an opening w people and a conversation starter since you both enjoy the same activity.

After coming to college i been keeping to myself i have zerp friends and barley talk to anyone and it eats me up inside especially since im far away from my family i went to a therapist where she said i had symptoms of mild depression and anixety
