      Hi there!! I cope with pain best by relaxing in a comfy bed/chair, soft and stretchy clothes, low lighting, music, and heating pads!

        @CoffeeAndDogs yes I would love and appreciate that. It's hard to deal with this alone since my husband doesn't understand why I'm in so much pain all the time and in bed

      I’ve been dealing with this since 2015 and I haven’t really found a way to cope. It’s a constant battle between wanting to feel better and wondering if I have the correct diagnosis. It’s a real struggle. However I try to exercise when I can, watch a good movie to try to distract myself from the pain, and relax in anyway possible. I started saying no to a lot of things and people.
