Dealing with a Mental Health Episode

Definitely continual at times but the down time helped a lot. I hope all of you are feeling better. (No grippy sock jail, on meds)

For lack of a better way of saying it, I'm so sorry to know you had this experience. It sounds like it is consuming and overwhelming for you. I have been in comparable situations before although in those times I ended up in grippy sock jail (that's a pretty hilarious nickname for it, I hope you realize that). Like mentioned above, definitely staying with supportive people and getting rest can help. Are you continually hearing the voices, or was this an acute / temporary thing? I wish you well.

I’m taking so down time today and I’m never alone. I just wish I didn’t stress them out so much.

can you contact anyone you trust to stay with you till your meds arrive? or is it possible for you to take some time off from work or school to protect yourself?
