Sick or surgery or whatever the case may be…. Does mental health take a “break” while you’re body heals? Then comes back when it’s done? I’ve noticed that twice. Once with sugrey and now with covid. Like my mind just fogged and slowed down and don’t have a care in the world. What are your thoughts? I figured my body healing and taking priority, or I literally know I do not need to do anything but feel better and rest and nothing else really matters but idk.
