Struggling with Mental Health: Seeking Connection

Yeah, I get it. I can't always get up and out of bed every day. It feels like a new struggle every morning. I just had to find a reason to hold on to and keep going, no matter how silly it seems. Right now, I've been thinking of my all-time favorite dessert, and how much I would love a piece of it. I just have to wait until I get paid again before having any. Any reason to keep going is valid and worth getting up for. It took me a long time to learn that.

I understand this. As soon as a huge wave of anxiety starts to pass I’m completely exhausted and have no energy to care about anything.
