i’ve been on a few birth controls over a few years. some make you feel like you’re crazy. it’s difficult to explain. i had one that made me have extreme mood swings, and i’d snap on anyone for anything. it made me not want to be alive (harsh, but true),, i felt crazy most weeks out of the year as it didn’t give me much downtime to my normal hormones. i’ve changed birth controls since then and things are much better! everyone’s experience with medications are different

thanks for sharing. I’m just curious bc I know I wasn’t in the best mental space when I started taking it. It’s been a year and I’ve been on the same one. I’m just wondering if the ups and down I feel are normal.
