Dealing with Menstrual Migraines

any one else here get migraines associated with their period? mine is about to start and the migraine has already hit. any advice on how to survive this one would be appreciated, I want to try new things because what I usually do isn't working.

Mine started that way 30 years ago. 2nd year. Imitrex came on the market. Even only as an injectable (cause flushing, nausea, etc that doesnt happen at lower dose tablets), it was a life saver. It even helped eliminate my 3- year- long chronic fatigue. Imitrex isnt for everyone. I like it because it works. Migraine gone 95% of the time in 1 hour. But, i also like that i can solit up the 100mg to 25 or 33mg and steetches the 9 allowed for the month by the insurance to all month abd at about $15.
