I am new here. But I just want to talk to people who can relate with the emotional roller coasters and cravings from periods. I am pre menstrual right now, and I have already craved wendys and Taco Bell. I also have cried for crazy reasons, which is normal on my period it just annoys me

      @ChickenGirl that's understandable! I was scared at first, but I was also desperate to try and regulate my hormones and emotions. It's ok if birth control isn't for you :)

      I had to take birth control for a while to regulate my hormones. It was a rollercoaster of all sorts of emotions, especially anger. It's gotten better as I've gotten older.

      I have some menstruation issues (apparently related to my brain injury as well as my endometriosis and PCOS) so I don't know when I'm getting my period until I start crying at everything and really craving carbs. I sympathize.
