Menopause and Weight Gain: Seeking Advice

Starting 6 years ago I gained 60-70 lbs in a 3 year period. My life, activity level & eating patterns did not change. Has any menopausal medication helped ease the weight gain? My ankles, knees & hips can not take any more weight. I work 50 hrs per week, so finding time to exercise it off is a challenge. I have never had a weight issue until Menopause (120-125 lbs until I was 46).

Same! I miss weighing even 150 and I do well to see 185. It’s a bit scary and my eating has actually improved as well as my exercise. Just nothing seems to make a difference. Can’t take any hormones so here we are. It’s enough dealing with grey hair. I want the slimmer me back!
