Struggling with Menopause: Need Help with Sex Drive
Dear Alikes
I found this app and I so hope it's going to help me. I'm finding going through the menopause one of the most debilitating experiences I have ever endured. I don't know who I am anymore! So many changes are happening and I'm struggling to keep up. The worse one is that I have no or very little sex drive. I used to look at my partner and want to make love. Now I look at him and nothing, I feel nothing. Yet I still love him or should I say am still in love with him. My GP suggested HRT estrogen and progesterone, she said my sex drive will return. So my new Alike friends are any of you experiencing similar issues and if so, please let me know what can help. Regards Rose

I feel just like you I really have to push myself to have sex with my husband even though I don’t enjoy and it is painful. I can’t take HRT due to medical problems. Some days I find it so had to get out of bed. I have no drive, interest or motivation I’m just existing.
