Try some grounding techniques or aromatherapy to ground. I recommend the sensory grounding techniques. If you're more trigger oriented try small approaches to the trigger and reward yourself even for even little accomplishments. It's hard to understand for some people what causes panic attacks, but once you know your triggers you can learn coping and acceptance.

I second the chamomile tea comment, I drink chamomile tea and it helps both my anxiety/panic attacks and cramps! I thought it was bull crap until I tried. It's okay of its not for you but I recommend trying it at least once ♡
