Dealing with Menopause in a Pandemic

Hi everyone, I was diagnosed in full menopause at age 40, The few years before I was miss diagnosed and dealt with a variety of symptoms from waiting to hair loss, It’s been really hard to manage this especially during a pandemic, I had a lot of friends that were younger than me that did not understand or relate to it and I lost a lot of them. I’m looking for anybody who would like to talk or chat.

Hi I'm 36 and my hubby & I diagnosed me when I realized it's been a year and I didn't buy not one pad or tampon. Yet my doctor only prescribed me effector that I refuse to take cause I took it before for depression as a kid and it makes me a zombie. So here I am. Suffering thru every symptom known to man

Hey there. I’m pretty sure I have early menopause, no official diagnosis yet. Nice to “meet” you! :)
