Dealing with Irritability During Menopause

I’m having a really rough time lately with irritability. I’m getting ready to go through menopause and I think that might have something to do with it. Can anyone tell me if they have any problems with this and if so what they do to help get through it.

There are natural hormone balancing herbs etc. I used a progestin cream made from yams. Pay close attention to your diet, caffeine can make you edgy, sugar can affect you as well. Most people don't get enough veggies, fruits or sleep.

I’ve also felt angry at the world just every little thing sets me off. My dr. Said to try this sleepy time chamomile tea I’m not sure if it really works or not I take it before bed and well then I go to sleep. As you can imagine I wake up the next day and I’m ok

I’ve been that way too. I’ve gone through times when all my frustration and irritability goes to one individual. Even before I started getting ready to go through menopause I had irritability problems. I’m just getting them even worse now.

I've been very irritable lately taking everything out on my fiancée. Everything seems to be targeted at him all the time.😥😥😥😥

I was very irritable and short tempered. I chose to go on low dose hormones. It helps some. Not a perfect fix.
