Menopause and Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)

Hi! I’m 36, started having menopausal symptoms at 29 and it took 4 years for anyone to finally listen! I’m currently taking estrogen daily and give myself a progesterone shot 4 times a year. Anyone else on HRT? Have you had to change your dosing over the years?
