Struggling with Menopause Belly and Low Libido

Anybody get memory loss omg I keep forgetting a lot of dimple stuff

Hi there, I've been going through the change for almost 10 years now. I'm just now starting to lose the weight that I gained. I gained 48 lbs 30 of it in the first 6 months of menopause. It a horrible process, both physically and mentally.. I wouldn't wish menopause on anyone.
