I've been having a really hard time with remembering what im doing and just general short term memory lately. Anyone have any tips for how to overcome this? I work as a chef and it's really frustrating running around the kitchen like a chicken with its head cut off.

I like to turn things into a song, give the instructions/thing you’re doing into a rhythm and sing or hum it. It helps me remember things that way
it can be annoying but repeating the task i’m trying to do over and over in my head and sometimes out loud honestly works pretty ok for me, if it’s over the course of a day- everyday i write a task list on my notes app to stay on track
