From a flare up...Weightless, being dehydrated, not getting enough vitamins from the foods I eat, not exercising..this causes me to lose memory and just not think straight. I'll notice more depression, and I'm not even upset about the flare, but can tell I have an overall depression "for no reason" although there's probably a direct link from my body and mind not being healthy.
