Is it normal to not remember anything before age 7?

I don't have memories before I was 7 years old πŸ˜… I thought that was pretty normal utill I met some others, is it true people remember stuff from when they were, like 3 of 5???

Some people definitely can remember things from when they were quite young, but I dont think it's very common. I remember things here and there from when I was like 4 or 5. Mostly just significant events like when we moved across the state or when I had to get stitches in the back of my head, but I really have to sit and think. I have a lot more memories from 6-10, but from 11-17, I'm missing quite a bit. That's PTSD for ya! That, or I just have a terrible memory πŸ€”

Between all of my tags, my memory is slop, lol! I did not know that PTSD could affect memory as well, though, so thank you to everyone above
