Hey, guys. I've been reading a lot of posts by people who feel a bit helpless in their journey with anxiety, and I wanted to encourage using meditation to help you. There so many scientific studies that prove it changes your brain permanently for the better. Personally, it's my only method of gaining peace and clarity, even more than any medication I'm on. If interested please read about it and how it's effected people's lives, ex: 10% Happier. I'm 100% positive if you meditate in silence with earplugs in for 15 minutes everyday this week that you'll start to feel better and have less intrusive, loud thoughts. Good luck! Please let me know if you try it. :)
