How Effective is Your Medicine?

Today pork chops 2 and squash a plate full this morning 2 eggs and chili con. Carne 2 tortillas no carbs pop corn 1 mango 2 oranges

Sometimes when we get busy with something that we like to do, some hobbies ( reading, gardening, etc…) we can trick the need for grabbing snacks and we can be more disciplined with our meals schedule. What do you think?

I can’t control my eating

Iam on same medication but mine is 100 mgr but Iam always eating

I was doing well today apparently. Thanks for asking. ( Levothyroxine 50 mgr) I’m drinking the pill since July 2018 , to prevent damage on my thyroid , explained me the doctor. How about your medicine today?
