I'm on 5mg of Prednisone and 300mg of plaquinil

Plaquinil and celebrex helped me for years upon years. I eventually needed more help than that and we are still working out what I need. Warm rice packs on my joints, chiropractor visits, and things like tiger balm are big helps while things get sorted out for me

ENBREL has done wonders for me

diclofenac sodium gel works wonders on my hands and other small-medium joints. it’s topical so it won’t damage your liver. pre diagnosis so i don’t take other drugs yet

Methotrexate, Plaquenil and Cymbalta. Have prednisone at the ready for bad flares. Tiger Balm is my go to topical.
