Medication and vitamin recommendations for bipolar 2 and anxiety?

I have bipolar 2 with generalized anxiety. Currently taking lamictal and sometimes lorazepam in emergencies. What med combination/vitamins can help tackle both issues? I already tried gabapentin which made me angry and antipsychotics made me sick

i take wellbutrin, abilify, and lamictal, as well as klonopin for panic attacks. this combo helps some, but i’ve always found that nothing works for my anxiety as well as it works for my mood. my doctor recently increased the lamictal and said that could help with the anxiety. ultimately though, everyone’s brain works differently so it’s all trial and error. i’ve tried almost 30 different medications between antidepressants, anti-anxiety, and mood stabilizers. it can take a while to find the right meds, but it’s so worth it once you find the combination that helps. :)

Following because I'd love to know any natural supplements that help people!! • I'm prescribed lithium and lamictal for Major Depressive Disorder, in conjunction with effexor. I haven't had a psych admission since I started that combo so I guess it's working? I'm on gabapentin and I feel like it does jack shit, but I'm in recovery and no one feels comfortable prescribing me a benzo (even tho I have almost 2 years clean and never misused benzos). If anyone knows any natural remedies for anxiety please lmk!!

I take sertraline and lamictal (among other meds for other things) and for me it was a game changer

I have the same exact thing and was prescribed the same but for some reason it messed with my heart beat and chest pain and gave me a huge panic attack the first week I took it! I had to change over to another med combo (Wellbutrin and topamax ) but I found that taking lions mane helps a lot with mood and energy when I need that extra boost or when I’m feeling particularly down
