I chose to take valtrex on a daily basis it’s only 1 pill and causes zero side effects . I also take herbal supplements called herpasyl . Eat an anti inflammatory diet as well

I use Zovirax topically whenever I feel the sting sensation even before I see anything. If it doesn’t work, or I need a quick resolution then I take systemic Zovirax in pills
