Does anyone have a problem with taking their medication regularly. I do and sometimes I feel like I’m cured and don’t need it anymore but then I go back to how I am without medication and feel horrible but I don’t like taking my medicine because I feel like it’s not my true self and that i deserve to feel what I’m feeling. do any of you deal with this and how do you get yourself to take your medication anyways

It's literally the first thing I do when I wake up with a glass of water. Zombie walk to the medicine cabinet. Lol I forget every once in a great while but I have a pillcase keychain that carries a few pills just incase I'm out of the house when I realize I forgot. Also a phone alarm could help.

I feel this way very often. Sometimes I can even feel like a robot on meds. I leave my medicines by my bed side and sometimes it slips my mind to take them so I leave something important next to my medication. Such as my keys or wallet. So I see the meds and it reminds me.
