Do the side effects from the medication wearing off get better over time? Considering stopping it but it's been genuinely helping me during the day I just dread night time I have my medication around 7am and try to be pretty exact but some days I do have it a little later if I forget.

Be careful splitting meds in half. Especially extended release ones. Experiencing these issues myself. Caffeine and exercise seems to help but still hoping for more suggestions to try

One of the replies suggests that splitting up medication into two doses for the morning and night can help keep symptoms from getting really bad at night. This was prescribed by a doctor after explaining what would happen at night. However, it's important to consult with your own healthcare provider before making any changes to your medication regimen.
